Beef Egg Rolls

These egg rolls are amazingly delicious! You can eat them just like that or with dip. Me and my husband love to mix Sriracha hot chili sauce with sour cream and dip them in that(i know that combination sounds weird but its REALLY good)Also these go great with a oriental dish or you can just eat them for a meal. Keep in mind they are very filling! They are simple to make and also you can freeze the prepared egg rolls and fry them whenever you want to. If you don’t want so many egg rolls just cut the recipe in half:)

  4. In a little bit of oil fry the green onions and bean sprouts for a couple minutes to soften them up

  6. You will need a cup filled with water and a basting brush
  7. Add a tablespoon of the meat mixture to each egg roll and in the pictures below you can see how i wrap them(make sure you push the edges together and lay them down on the side you folded them)
  8. Once you have wrapped all the egg rolls
  9. Add oil to a skillet, enough to cover half of the egg roll
  10. Once the oil is hot add the egg rolls and fry until golden brown and flip do the same for the other side
  11. Lay out a plate with paper towel and set the egg rolls on it while cooking the other ones so it can absorb the oils from the egg rolls
  12. If you are going to freeze them make sure you don’t fry them before doing so and thaw them before frying
