I love adding kale to my daily smoothies, 1: It’s rich in fiber 2: It’s healthy. 3: It doesn’t change the taste of the smoothie.

Berries with Kale Smoothie
- 1/2 Cup Kale Leaves
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Berries
- 1 1/2 Cups Cold Pineapple Juice
- Add all the ingredients to a blender/ magic bullet.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve Immediately
