Creamy Baked Mushroom Chicken

This chicken is so easy to make and so delicious. Just the way i like it! Who doesn’t love just prepping a dish throwing it into the oven and letting it do the rest for you? I think everybody:) Especially when it tastes like you put a lot of time into it.

Make sure you use a meat tenderizer, the chicken wont be the same if the meat is not tender. Serve this chicken over mashed potatoes.

Creamy Baked Mushroom Chicken

  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • VEGETA seasoning
  • 2½ cups whipping cream (heavy cream)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Tenderize the meat with the tenderizer, they will become thinner and bigger
  3. Add the tenderized chicken breast to a baking pan
  4. Generasly sprinkle both sides with VEGETA seasoning
  5. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with the onions then mushrooms
  6. In a bowl mix the whipping cream and mayonnaise then pour over the chicken breast
  7. Cover and bake for an hour and 15 minutes

serves 4
