Creamy Garlic Egg Bites

These egg appetizers are so yummy and so so simple to make! They barely take any time to whip up! I just made a small portion here but of course you can triple up the recipe or however many you need :)

Creamy Garlic Egg Bites

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • parsley (for topping)
  • salt and fresh ground pepper

 

  1. Add the eggs to a pot filled with water
  2. Once the water boils turn heat down to low and boil for 8 minutes
  3. Drain and add cold water to cool them off
  4. Peel the eggs and cut in half
  5. Mix the mayo and minced garlic and add half a tsp to each egg
  6. Once all the eggs are on the platter top off each egg with parsley, salt and pepper

    I love any kind of deviled eggs. My mom takes out the egg yolks and mixes them with cooked chicken liver and a bit of mayo. She then stuffs the eggs with the mixture. They are delicious!
