This is my favorite sandwich!!!! I can eat it anytime of the day. I also like to add relish (squeeze moisture out of it before adding to the salad) my salad. I haven’t made this sandwich in a while, thank you for the reminder!

Awesome! Need to try that!! do you add a lot of relish?

No, just a handful for 2 cans. Make sure to squeeze out juice. Instead of Mayo, I like to add Miracle whip (sold next to mayo). It’s kinda sweet and my family doesn’t like it, so I only make it with miracle whip for myself and eat it with plain saltines (the ones without salt). I sometimes add cubed fresh tomato to increase veges in my diet and it tastes really good with it. I used to make this and take it for lunch when I worked in the hospital. By law we were required to take lunch, but the amount of work we had to do, we couldn’t. So, we (medical staff) ate on a fly. My co-worker and I were so addicted to this salad that we ate it like 3-4x a week. I remember, my co-worker liked to add a few pinches of cheddar cheese. Although fish and cheese are not healthy combination, it tastes good.
