This chicken is so easy to make and so delicious. Just the way i like it! Who doesn’t love just prepping a dish throwing it into the oven and letting it do the rest for you? I think everybody:) Especially when it tastes like you put a lot of time into it.
Make sure you use a meat tenderizer, the chicken wont be the same if the meat is not tender. Serve this chicken over mashed potatoes.

We are back from vacation and it feels so great to be cooking in my kitchen again:) and of course blogging for you guys!
I got this recipe many years ago on foodnetwork.com and its been one of my favorites pasta dishes to make since. Don’t let the long ingredient list intimidate you, this dish takes so quick to whip up and its absolutely delicious, tastes like its from a fancy restaurant. Oh and did i mention its healthy!:)
To warm up the next day add to a skillet with a little bit of water on low heat. Tastes just as good the next day!
This is by far the best marinated mushrooms recipe that i have ever tried. You know how some marinated mushrooms are kinda slimy well these are not because i use fresh ones. They go so well with anything its a great side. Thank you to my lovely friend for this recipe. Definitely a must try!! Each time i make these i give my parents a jar because they absolutely love them. Once you make them add to a jar because they stay fresh longer like that!
Also make sure you refrigerate over night they are so much better like that.
